Christopher Einig is an American artist working in oil, pastel and glass. Raised in Cresskill, New Jersey, just outside of New York City, Christopher attended the School of Visual Arts of New York. He spent a number of years as a commercial sculptor and illustrator, working primarily in the toy industry before transitioning to fine art, full time.
Working from his home studio in New Jersey, Christopher created works for galleries and worked extensively on commissioned murals and etched glass pieces throughout the region. Later, Christopher relocated to New Mexico where he found inspiration in the solitude and scenery of the desert between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. During this period, he focused on landscapes and abstract works in multiple mediums.
Christopher now lives and works in Jensen Beach, Florida where he’s most interested in continuing to produce glass works as well as oil and pastel works for local galleries. He is also available for commissioned pieces and mural work.
